The buffet breakfast
Our hotel means a divine breakfast buffet and a cheerful start to the day.
Whether you are leaving the hotel to discover our fine city and its
region or whether you are staying in the hotel for a seminar, what
better to set you up for the day than a good buffet breakfast.
From 6.30 onwards every day our hotel offers you an energy-packed buffet with a beautifully presented variety of dishes and flavours to tempt you.
Here you will find, to accompany your coffee,
- cappuccino,
- hot chocolate or tea,
- not only the traditional baguette, but also country bread,
- croissants, petits pains au chocolat, kougelhopf,
- a basket of seasonal fruits,
- stewed apples and pears,
- salted and unsalted butter,
- orange and grapefruit juice,
- 4 varieties of jam in mini-jars,
- fresh eggs to be cooked however you want them, boiled, hard-boiled or scrambled,
- ham, gruyere cheese,
- plain or fruit yoghurt,
- three types of cereals (coco pops, muesli and cornflakes)
and finally Crémant sparkling wine.
